Jimi has had extensive experience driving culture, change, and organizational development interventions for clients across several industries which have consistently led to greater operational efficiency, staff engagement, and leadership activation. He worked in the Senior Leadership of one of Africa’s leading financial Institutions, United Bank for Africa (UBA). UBA was ranked as one of the top banks in Africa according to the July 2022 edition of The Banker Magazine of the Financial Times Group, United Kingdom. While at UBA, he had direct responsibility for global sourcing of talent to drive operations across the bank’s 16 countries of operations. He also drove the bank’s Job Evaluation project at that time which led to huge organizational savings and an immediate promotion to the next grade- an unusual trajectory that happened in one year instead of the conventional four-year promotion cycle.

Jimi Tewe seats on boards of a few commercial and development-focused boards and mentors several business owners and executives whose enterprises have a capitalization in excess of $1 Billion. Leveraging his extensive consulting and coaching experience, he has been able to provide strategic advisory services and pragmatic solutions which have helped them unleash the dedication and capacity of their staff which have led to exponential business results. His unique contributions to the personal development space have not gone unnoticed. He has been recognized as one of the most Influential Africans in the Personal Development Space, Twitter Handle of the Year for Africa (SMAA), and Social Media Overlord for Career (Alder Report). His flagship programs have helped to catalyze thousands of individuals around the world to higher dimensions of productivity. Jimi has led Human Resource consulting projects for various clients across various industries leveraging his experience and certifications in Job Analysis & Evaluation, Emotional Intelligence and Executive Coaching. His experience working with Global Consulting firms such as Accenture and others have helped position his organization as a highly sought-after provider of consulting solutions.

Autumn Marie

Autumn Marie is a communications professional with almost 20 years of PR and marketing experience in music, film, TV, and social cause. Autumn has executed marketing campaigns, media tours, rapid response, experiential activations, and community engagement events across the US and various parts of Africa. Originally from Chicago, professionally groomed in New York, and now living in Rwanda, Autumn connects people, places, and things from across the global Black diaspora to create powerful and impactful collaborations.

Autumn Marie is the founder and managing director of KGL FWD (Kigali Forward), a communications impact agency that uses PR, marketing, and experiences to shift and expand the narrative of Rwanda. KGL FWD is also the founder of the Rwanda Communications Network, a network hub for communications professionals in Rwanda to collaborate, exchange best practices, provide professional development, and collectively support the growth of Rwanda’s communications industry.

Autumn Marie is committed to using the power of words, media, and art to disrupt biased narratives and engage audiences in meaningful and memorable ways.

Demilade Oluwasina

Demilade Oluwasina is a Learning Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Future of Work Consultant. As an educator, he has served as Faculty and led a number of programs/initiatives at the African Leadership University (ALU) in Rwanda for more than 5 years At the African Leadership University, He led the Digital Economy Program in collaboration with the Alibaba Business School including the Global Digital Entrepreneurship Challenge where he led his team to win the award of The Leading Institution of Digital Entrepreneurship for the institution.

He served as an Entrepreneurship Coach with the Innovation Creation Studios and is a mentor with Founder Institute. He has consulted for, trained, and collaborated with local and international Institutions including Africa Business School, UNCTAD, University of Lincoln-Nebraska, and more. As a Learning Innovation Adviser, he has co-led and advised on projects such as the University Partnership Exchange Initiative (Sponsored by the US Embassy), and the Leadership in Higher Education Program. He helped to create a toolkit for Entrepreneurship Programming for a new University in Rwanda.

He founded the Planbpreneur Brand (www.planbpreneur.com) and Learnible Global (www.learnibleglobal.com), a learning innovation consultancy. He is the host and convener of the Learning Excellence and Innovation Conference (LEXICON) Africa.
